Shipping Rates and Methods
• I ship through Canada Post and Purolator. Delivery times and processing times are displayed at checkout. 

Delivery Time
• Shipping within Canada typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the location, weather conditions, and shipping method selected. Please note that this does not include processing times.

• For international orders the timeline will vary based on the destination and will be estimated at checkout. Please reach out to info@cranfaerie.com if you have any questions and the timeline isn't indicated as I am happy to look into this.

Order Processing Time

• Our processing time is usually 2-4 business days as we print our products in-house. If you would like a more specific timeline for your order, please reach out to us after placing your order.

Tracking and Updates
• Tracking is provided for all orders shipping through Canada Post or Puralator.

Shipping Restrictions

• For the USA if Canada Post is used Duties are paid in advance which helps avoid surprise charged upon delivery. If duties are paid in advance it will be indicated at checkout. 

• Please note I am not responsible for additional duties, taxes, or tariffs upon arrival. 

Returns and Exchanges
• I accept returns only in cases where the product arrives damaged or not as expected. The customer is responsible for covering the postage for the return. Please note that returned products must be unused and in their original format, as I cannot resell them otherwise. I do not offer exchanges for our products. If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are accepted.
