Shipping policy

Shipping Rates and Methods
• Due to our type of products and our location, we ship through Canada Post using the following methods:
• Standard Lettermail (Untracked) and Registered Mail (Tracked) for our stickers.
• Parcel post for larger products. Rates will vary based on size and weight.

Delivery Time
• Shipping within Canada typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the location, weather conditions, and shipping method selected. Please note that this does not include processing times.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within Canada. However, if you are outside of Canada and would like to request shipping to your country, please contact us at cranfaerie@gmail.com or through our contact form. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Processing Time

• Our processing time is usually 2-4 business days as we print our products in-house. If you would like a more specific timeline for your order, please reach out to us after placing your order.

Tracking and Updates
• Tracking is provided for Parcels and Registered Mail, but not for Standard Letter Mail. If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in your Shipping confirmation email. This way, you can keep track of your order as it travels.

Returns and Exchanges
• We accept returns only in cases where the product arrives damaged or not as expected. The customer is responsible for covering the postage for the return. Please note that returned products must be unused and in their original format, as we cannot resell them otherwise. We do not offer exchanges for our products. If your order has not been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are accepted.
